Eat plenty of nuts and seeds. All leafy greens are good. Include salmon and cod for essential fatty acids. Include broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic, wheat germ, avocado, brown and wild rice. Drink carrot and celery juice. Add flax seed meal or flax oil, green drinks and lecithin. Avoid caffeine and sugar. Protein foods like meat, fish, eggs, milk and dairy products are also advised. Unrefined, unsifted or minimally processed cereals and grains (brown rice, whole-wheat or brown bread, crushed wheat, and all cereals and breads that are fortified with thiamin), organ meats (liver, kidneys), and nuts and legumes (dry beans, peas and lentils) also strengthen the CNS.
