• Lemon Juice (Nimbu Ras) (15 ml)
• Ginger Juice (Adrak Ras) (15 ml)
• Garlic Juice (Lehsun Ras) (15 ml)
• Apple Cider Vinegar (Seb Sirka) (15 ml)
• FoS + Sorbitol q.s.

Dosage

• Arthritis: Mix a teaspoon in half cup of warm water and drink before going to bed.
• Asthma: A teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach will have you breathing lightly in no time.
• High blood pressure: Three tablespoons three times a day.
• To Lower cholesterol: Make a tea by adding a teaspoon in a cup of hot water and drink before meals, three times a day.
• Heart disease: Drink three tablespoons of the mixture three times a day.
• Acne or pimples: Use on affected area with a piece of cotton each night.
• Gas or indigestion: Two tablespoons in a cup of water as and when required.
• Obesity: Make a tea by adding a teaspoon in a cup of hot water and drink before meals, three times a day.
